Payments:
To book your session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, that goes toward your session.
The remaining balance is due at least one week before your session.
If you have any questions about payment options, just reach out, happy to help!


Tardiness:
We value your time and ours!
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the session may need to be canceled.
Arrivals 15–30 minutes late will incur a $20 surcharge.
Please note, we won’t extend the session for late arrivals, unless the photographer is delayed.


Cancellations:
Deposits act as a cancellation fee for missed sessions.
To apply your deposit toward a future session, please cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.


Delivery:
You’ll receive your final photos or videos within 2–4 weeks, depending on the project.
Need it faster? Rush delivery options may be available for an additional fee, just ask!


Media Alterations Policy:
All clients get 1 free revision.
Once your media is delivered, it’s considered final and cannot be altered without written consent.
Unauthorized edits are not allowed and subject to legal action.


Usage Rights:
By booking with StudioIris Media, you agree that your media may be used for promotional purposes,
like social media, website portfolio, and marketing materials.
If you’d like to keep certain images or videos private, please let us know in writing before your session.


Services that have already been conducted are non-refundable.
