Payments:
At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
The full payment must be completed a week before the day of your session.

Tardiness:
The session will be canceled if the client is more than 30 minutes late.
An additional $20 surcharge will be added to all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late.
Session end time will not be extended to accommodate clients who are late,
unless the photographer is late.


Cancellations:
Deposits act as a cancellation fee if a session is missed.
To credit your deposit toward a future session,
cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable,
but rescheduling is allowed based on the photographer’s availability.


Delivery:
Clients will receive their final media product within 2-4 weeks,
depending on the project scope.
Rush options may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Media Alterations Policy:
All clients of StudioIris Media receive 2 free revisions.
Delivered media products are final and may not be altered, edited,
or modified in any way without prior written consent from the photographer.
Unauthorized edits or alterations are strictly prohibited.


Usage Rights:
By booking a session with StudioIris Media,
all clients agree that the media produced during the session,
will be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media,
website portfolio, and marketing materials.
If there are privacy concerns,
clients may request in writing to withhold specific media from public use prior to production.
